If you apply for a position with one of our clients, you will be offered the option to consent to having your application data stored in our talent pool for consideration for future job opportunities. This is entirely voluntary and is not a prerequisite for any current application.
If you provide your explicit consent by ticking the corresponding checkbox, the following conditions apply: Purpose of Processing: We will store your application documents (such as CV, cover letter), contact details, and qualifications to proactively contact you if a future job opening arises that matches your profile and professional experience. Legal Basis: The legal basis for processing your data for this purpose is your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and/or the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Retention Period: Your data will be stored in our talent pool for a maximum period of 36 months from the date you provide your consent. After this period, or if you withdraw your consent earlier, your data will be securely and permanently deleted from the talent pool.
